Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply between BabyBoo OÜ (registration number: 17133047, registered address: Metsa tn 12-73, 80024 Pärnu, Pärnu County, Estonia, email: info@babyboo.ee, phone: +372 5830 5358) and customers of the online store babyboo.ee.

By making a purchase in the online store, the Buyer confirms that they have read these terms and agree to them. In the shopping cart, before making the payment, the Buyer must tick the corresponding box confirming their acceptance of the Terms of Sale.

1. Ordering and Payment

1.1. Orders are placed via the babyboo.ee online store interface or through the company’s official Instagram account: @babyboo_premium_kids_store.

1.2. After placing an order, BabyBoo OÜ will send the Buyer a confirmation by e-mail.

1.3. Payments are processed through the Montonio payment platform, with services provided by Montonio Finance OÜ (Kai 1, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia, registration No. 14557628) and Montonio Finance UAB (Konstitucijos pr. 7, Vilnius, Lithuania, registration No. 305205122). Payments are made outside the online store in a secure payment environment: bank link payments are processed in the secure environment of the respective bank, while card payments are processed through the secure payment infrastructure of Montonio and its payment partners. The Seller does not have access to the customer’s full bank account details or payment card information.

1.4. The order is considered confirmed and accepted for processing after the payment amount has been received in the bank account of BabyBoo OÜ, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Delivery

2.1. Goods are delivered within Estonia and, if necessary, to other countries.

2.2. Delivery costs and times depend on the delivery address, order volume, and the conditions of the chosen delivery company.

2.3. BabyBoo OÜ is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or other force majeure circumstances.

2.4. Delivery Terms:

  • Delivery within Estonia:
    • If the product is in stock, delivery takes up to 7 working days.
    • If the product is not in stock, the waiting time is 2–10 weeks. The exact delivery time can be confirmed by contacting us at info@babyboo.ee.
    • Delivery outside Estonia is available by agreement; delivery time and cost are arranged individually.
  • Delivery of textiles and small bedding sets:
    • To parcel machine: from €3 (depending on the size of the locker).
    • By courier to home: calculated individually, but not more than €20.
  • Delivery of furniture:
    • Beds, mattresses and other non-bulky items — €9.99.
    • Large furniture (dressers, wardrobes, etc.) is calculated separately.
    • Carrying large furniture (especially wardrobes) upstairs without an elevator is subject to an additional fee — €4 per floor.
  • Important:
    • Delivery terms and cost are confirmed after the order has been placed and added to the invoice.
    • Delivery is mandatory only if self-pickup is not chosen.
  • Self-pickup:
    • Available from the warehouse in Pärnu at Liiva 8C.
    • Date and time of pickup must be agreed in advance.
    • Self-pickup is always free of charge.

2.5. BabyBoo OÜ always strives to offer the most convenient and cost-effective delivery or pickup option for the customer.

3. Returns and Withdrawal

3.1. In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, the Buyer has the right to return goods or withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

3.2. To return an item, a written request must be sent to info@babyboo.ee within 14 days. The return request form is available on the website babyboo.ee.

3.3. Return costs are borne by the Buyer, except in cases where defective or incorrect goods have been delivered.

3.4. Returned goods must be in their original packaging, unused, and in complete condition.

3.5. Custom-made products (for example, furniture with non-standard dimensions or products made specifically according to the Buyer’s request) cannot be returned.

3.6. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal request, but not before the goods have been returned to the Seller or proof of their return has been provided by the Buyer.

4. Warranty and Complaints

4.1. All goods sold in the online store comply with the quality and safety requirements applicable in the European Union.

4.2. The Buyer has the right to submit a complaint regarding product defects within 2 years from the date of receipt. During the first year, it is assumed that the defect existed at the time of sale.

4.3. To submit a complaint, please send an e-mail to info@babyboo.ee including a description of the defect, order number, and photos if possible. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 15 days.

4.4. Warranty conditions do not apply in cases where damage is caused by incorrect use, negligence, normal wear and tear, or poor assembly if the assembly was not carried out by a qualified specialist.

5. Processing of Personal Data

5.1. BabyBoo OÜ is the controller of customers’ personal data. The data required to process payments is transferred to the relevant Montonio payment platform company — Montonio Finance OÜ or Montonio Finance UAB — depending on the selected payment method. When providing payment services, these companies act as independent data controllers.

5.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the babyboo.ee website.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. All disputes arising from these Terms of Sale will be settled through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

6.2. The Terms of Sale take effect from the moment the order is placed and remain valid until updated or amended.
