Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply between BabyBoo OÜ (registration code: 17133047, legal address: Metsa tn 12-73, 80024 Pärnu, Pärnu County, Estonia, e-mail: info@ingvart.ee, phone: +372 5830 5358) and the customers of the online store babyboo.ee.

By making a purchase in the online store, the Buyer confirms that they have read these terms and agree to them. In the shopping cart, before making the payment, the Buyer must tick the corresponding box confirming their acceptance of the Terms of Sale.

1. Ordering and Payment

1.1. Orders are placed via the babyboo.ee online store interface or through the company’s official Instagram account: @babyboo_premium_kids_store.

1.2. After placing an order, BabyBoo OÜ will send the Buyer a confirmation by e-mail.

1.3. Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia, reg. no. 12268475). Payments are made outside the online store in a secure environment: when paying via bank link – in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card – in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The Seller has no access to the Buyer’s bank or credit card details.

1.4. The order is considered confirmed and accepted for processing after the payment amount has been received in the bank account of BabyBoo OÜ, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Delivery

2.1. Goods are delivered within Estonia and, if necessary, to other countries.

2.2. Delivery costs and times depend on the delivery address, order volume, and the conditions of the chosen delivery company.

2.3. BabyBoo OÜ is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or other force majeure circumstances.

3. Returns and Withdrawal

3.1. In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, the Buyer has the right to return goods or withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

3.2. To return goods, the Buyer must submit a written withdrawal request to e-mail: info@ingvart.ee no later than within 14 days. The withdrawal form is available on the babyboo.ee website.

3.3. Return costs are borne by the Buyer, except in cases where defective or incorrect goods have been delivered.

3.4. Returned goods must be in their original packaging, unused, and in complete condition.

3.5. Custom-made products (for example, furniture with non-standard dimensions or products made specifically according to the Buyer’s request) cannot be returned.

3.6. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal request, but not before the goods have been returned to the Seller or proof of their return has been provided by the Buyer.

4. Warranty and Complaints

4.1. All goods sold in the online store comply with the quality and safety requirements applicable in the European Union.

4.2. The Buyer has the right to submit a complaint regarding product defects within 2 years from the date of receipt. During the first year, it is assumed that the defect existed at the time of sale.

4.3. To submit a complaint, please send an e-mail to info@babyboo.ee including a description of the defect, order number, and photos if possible. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 15 days.

4.4. Warranty conditions do not apply in cases where damage is caused by incorrect use, negligence, normal wear and tear, or poor assembly if the assembly was not carried out by a qualified specialist.

5. Processing of Personal Data

5.1. BabyBoo OÜ is the controller of the customer’s personal data. The personal data required for making payments are forwarded to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

5.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the babyboo.ee website.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. All disputes arising from these Terms of Sale will be settled through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

6.2. The Terms of Sale take effect from the moment the order is placed and remain valid until updated or amended.
