This document is an official offer from Babyboo OÜ, registration code 17133047, registered on 12.12.2024, legal address: Metsa tn 12-73, 80024 Pärnu linn, Pärnu maakond, Estonia, and sets the terms and conditions for purchasing goods in the online store babyboo.ee.

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order on the website, you confirm your agreement with these terms.

1. General provisions

1.1. This public offer governs the relationship between the Buyer and Babyboo OÜ regarding the purchase of children’s furniture, accessories, and related products through babyboo.ee.

1.2. Babyboo OÜ reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. The current version is always available on this page.

2. Orders and payment

2.1. Orders can be placed through the interface of babyboo.ee or via Instagram account: https://www.instagram.com/babyboo_premium_kids_store/.

2.2. After placing an order, the Buyer will receive a confirmation by email.

2.3. Payment can be made by bank card, bank transfer, via payment services, or other methods indicated on the website.

2.4. An order is considered confirmed and ready for processing after payment is received in the Babyboo OÜ account (unless otherwise individually agreed).

3. Delivery

3.1. Delivery is available within Estonia and, if necessary, worldwide.

3.2. Delivery cost and times depend on the delivery address, order volume and weight, and the terms of the selected delivery service.

3.3. Babyboo OÜ is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or other force majeure circumstances.

4. Returns and exchanges

4.1. In accordance with Estonian law, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return goods within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods and packaging are preserved in their original condition.

4.2. Refunds will be made after the goods have been returned and inspected.

4.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer, unless the return is due to a defect or non-conformity with the order.

4.4. Goods made to the Buyer’s personal specifications are not subject to return.

5. Warranty and quality

5.1. All goods presented on the website comply with quality and safety standards in force in the European Union.

5.2. If the manufacturer provides a warranty, this information will be indicated in the product description.

6. Personal data

6.1. Babyboo OÜ processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the applicable laws of Estonia and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6.2. Personal data is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer communication. Data is not shared with third parties without the user’s consent, except where required by law.

7. Other provisions

7.1. Any disputes and disagreements will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

7.2. This offer comes into force upon its publication on the website and remains in effect until revoked or updated.
