In the shopping cart, before making the payment, the Buyer must tick the corresponding box confirming their acceptance of the Terms of Sale. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9aa65ff e-con-full e-flex e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"9aa65ff\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3d6bafc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3d6bafc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. Ordering and Payment<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4335b6e elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4335b6e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"628\" data-end=\"787\">1.1. Orders are placed via the babyboo.ee online store interface or through the company\u2019s official Instagram account: @babyboo_premium_kids_store.<\/p><p data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"888\">1.2. After placing an order, BabyBoo O\u00dc will send the Buyer a confirmation by e-mail.<\/p><p data-start=\"890\" data-end=\"1256\">1.3. Payments are processed by <strong data-start=\"918\" data-end=\"936\">Maksekeskus AS<\/strong> (Liivalaia 45, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia, reg. no. 12268475). Payments are made outside the online store in a secure environment: when paying via bank link \u2013 in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card \u2013 in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The Seller has no access to the Buyer\u2019s bank or credit card details.  <\/p><p data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1409\">1.4. The order is considered confirmed and accepted for processing after the payment amount has been received in the bank account of BabyBoo O\u00dc, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-123219a e-con-full e-flex e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"123219a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d95fa10 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d95fa10\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Delivery<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fbcd226 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fbcd226\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"145\" data-end=\"254\">2.1. Goods are delivered within Estonia and, if necessary, to other countries.<\/p><p data-start=\"256\" data-end=\"365\">2.2. Delivery costs and times depend on the delivery address, order volume, and the conditions of the chosen delivery company.<\/p><p data-start=\"367\" data-end=\"537\">2.3. BabyBoo O\u00dc is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or other force majeure circumstances.<\/p><p data-start=\"539\" data-end=\"594\">2.4. Delivery Terms:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"539\" data-end=\"594\">Delivery within Estonia:<ul><li data-start=\"539\" data-end=\"594\">If the product is in stock, delivery takes up to 7 working days.<\/li><li data-start=\"539\" data-end=\"594\">If the product is not in stock, the waiting time is 2\u201310 weeks. The exact delivery time can be confirmed by contacting us at <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"829\">info@babyboo.ee<\/a>. <\/li><li data-start=\"539\" data-end=\"594\">Delivery outside Estonia is available by agreement; delivery time and cost are arranged individually.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Delivery of textiles and small bedding sets:<ul><li>To parcel machine: from \u20ac3 (depending on the size of the locker).<\/li><li>By courier to home: calculated individually, but not more than \u20ac20.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1189\">Delivery of furniture:<\/strong><ul><li>Beds, mattresses and other non-bulky items \u2014 \u20ac9.99.<\/li><li>Large furniture (dressers, wardrobes, etc.) is calculated separately.<\/li><li>Carrying large furniture (especially wardrobes) upstairs without an elevator is subject to an additional fee \u2014 \u20ac4 per floor.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong data-start=\"1419\" data-end=\"1429\">Important:<\/strong><ul><li>Delivery terms and cost are confirmed after the order has been placed and added to the invoice.<\/li><li>Delivery is mandatory only if self-pickup is not chosen.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1612\">Self-pickup:<\/strong><ul><li>Available from the warehouse in P\u00e4rnu at Liiva 8C.<\/li><li>Date and time of pickup must be agreed in advance.<\/li><li>Self-pickup is always free of charge.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1762\" data-end=\"1881\">2.5. BabyBoo O\u00dc always strives to offer the most convenient and cost-effective delivery or pickup option for the customer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-afac49b e-con-full e-flex e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"afac49b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5fbbecf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5fbbecf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Returns and Withdrawal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5c74d15 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5c74d15\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1843\" data-end=\"2010\">3.1. In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, the Buyer has the right to return goods or withdraw from the purchase within <strong data-start=\"1969\" data-end=\"1980\">14 days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the goods.<\/p><p data-start=\"2012\" data-end=\"2176\">3.2. To return goods, the Buyer must submit a written withdrawal request to e-mail: <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2083\" data-end=\"2098\">info@ingvart.ee<\/a> no later than within 14 days. The withdrawal form is available on the babyboo.ee website. <\/p><p data-start=\"2178\" data-end=\"2305\">3.3. Return costs are borne by the Buyer, except in cases where defective or incorrect goods have been delivered.<\/p><p data-start=\"2307\" data-end=\"2419\">3.4. Returned goods must be in their original packaging, unused, and in complete condition.<\/p><p data-start=\"2421\" data-end=\"2582\">3.5. Custom-made products (for example, furniture with non-standard dimensions or products made specifically according to the Buyer\u2019s request) cannot be returned.<\/p><p data-start=\"2584\" data-end=\"2771\">3.6. Refunds will be issued within <strong data-start=\"2630\" data-end=\"2641\">14 days<\/strong> from the receipt of the withdrawal request, but not before the goods have been returned to the Seller or proof of their return has been provided by the Buyer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b35938 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5b35938\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12753f1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"12753f1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Warranty and Complaints<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-58688c2 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"58688c2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2804\" data-end=\"2941\">4.1. All goods sold in the online store comply with the quality and safety requirements applicable in the European Union.<\/p><p data-start=\"2943\" data-end=\"3145\">4.2. The Buyer has the right to submit a complaint regarding product defects within <strong data-start=\"3024\" data-end=\"3033\">2 years<\/strong> from the date of receipt. During the first year, it is assumed that the defect existed at the time of sale. <\/p><p data-start=\"3147\" data-end=\"3376\">4.3. To submit a complaint, please send an e-mail to <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3216\" data-end=\"3231\">info@babyboo.ee<\/a> including a description of the defect, order number, and photos if possible. The Seller will respond to the complaint within <strong data-start=\"3362\" data-end=\"3373\">15 days<\/strong>. <\/p><p data-start=\"3378\" data-end=\"3612\">4.4. Warranty conditions do not apply in cases where damage is caused by incorrect use, negligence, normal wear and tear, or poor assembly if the assembly was not carried out by a qualified specialist.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-304eb16 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"304eb16\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-40e13b5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"40e13b5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. BabyBoo O\u00dc is the controller of the customer\u2019s personal data. The personal data required for making payments are forwarded to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. <\/p><p data-start=\"3840\" data-end=\"3963\">5.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the <strong data-start=\"3897\" data-end=\"3929\">Privacy Policy<\/strong> available on the babyboo.ee website.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-52d0245 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"52d0245\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a3b04a0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a3b04a0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6.
